The conference simply will not work with DROP-INs. So PLEASE plan to come for the whole thing. That is the only way you can possibly take advantage of all the other good folks, and for sure that is the only way they can really take advantage of you

- Think of powerful ideas that really grab you to the point that you will take personal responsibility to make sure that something gets done.
- Come to center, write a title, sign your name. Stand in front of the group and speak those. Then put that on the board.
- No need to be expert. Only find time, place, convene the session.
- Post-it for each time-space slot (2hr)

The power exercised is not yours by right, nor in perpetuity. It is only on loan, must be given back as soon as possible.
Act as master of ceremonies the first, pass the job on the second day, if possible give it to nobody on the third.
Expect people to be responsible and free. They tend to live up to those.
