School Climate (temperature)
- Quality & character of school life
- based on patterns of experience of school life
- reflects norms, goals, values, relationships, teaching & learning practices, org structures
- Positive, every student feels like they want to be part of it
School culture & climate is what people see (an eye-test), not what you think or believe or say.
