    • based on patterns of experience of school life
    • reflects norms, goals, values, relationships, teaching & learning practices, org structures
  • Positive, every student feels like they want to be part of it

School culture & climate is what people see (an eye-test), not what you think or believe or say.

We think of time in the wrong way. We invest time upfront, and RJ will pay dividends in the back.
  • What personnel, resources, etc. are currently in place to support & sustain a shift in school culture & community? --> How useful it'd be to have librarians, social workers to be trained?
  • What significant challenges/ barriers need to be dealt with in order to transform your school community?
  • How would you connect with early adaptors and resistors to support & sustain a shift in school culture & community?
